Originally founded on small ideas over two friends breaking bread, Nobis Media has transformed into something much more. We established the company on Christian principles and ideologies. Which means centering our work around love, ethics, and charity. Our mission is to achieve your goal through the medium we commonly know as the internet, or as we like to call it, New Media.
At Nobis Media we don’t view you as a client, but as a co-minister in the mission for new evangelization. While you are supporting your ministry locally, we are building your ministry online; thus creating a perfect model for collaboration.
Conoon Kim is the visionary founder of Nobis Media and is responsible for the company’s overall vision, development, and day-to-day operations.
Conoon first learned how to code when he was just 13 years old. After falling in love with it, he improved his skills throughout the years and decided to start freelancing as a professional web developer in 2010 to form Production Bit. Since then, he has accumulated a portfolio of over 100 satisfied clients.
Conoon has also volunteered for his local parish as a Youth Minister and Catechist with basic certification. For 7 years, he developed his new passion for serving the youth and the Church. He was responsible for instructing weekly Sunday School classes, planning retreats, directing summer camps, organizing youth night rallies, chaperoning field trips, hosting praise nights, and setting up fundraising events.
During his free time, he enjoys jamming on the guitar, playing games, driving on the track, eating meat, and watching Parks & Recreation with his girlfriend.
Tony Chang is the co-founder and marketing director of Nobis Media and is responsible for the economic operations and growth of the company. In addition, he focuses on allocating data to provide analysis on how to further evolve the brand and product.
During his time at the University of California, Riverside, Tony found interest in learning about the marketing mix, and particularly grew passion in the field of digital marketing. He eventually graduated with a B.A. in Economic Administration, and Marketing.
Tony’s passion to serve was sparked after being invited to a Presbyterian church and feeling inspired by their welcoming community. Eventually he received a strong calling to return to Catholicism, so he studied to become a Catechist with basic certification. Tony has been volunteering for the past 4 years and has been witnessing the power and love of God through the youth. He has found appreciation in the beautiful complexities of Catholic traditions and organizations.
For hobbies, Tony likes to create playlists on SoundCloud, seek outdoor adventures, exercise by weight lift training, and compete in organized airsoft events.
